9:00 AM - 9:15 AM – Welcome & Warm-Up

  • Dynamic stretching, movement drills, and introduction to the day’s focus

9:15 AM - 10:30 AM – Fundamental Skills Training

  • Dribbling control & ball handling

  • Passing techniques (bounce, chest, outlet)

  • Shooting form and footwork

10:30 AM - 10:45 AM – Break & Hydration

10:45 AM - 12:00 PM – Advanced Skills & Game IQ

  • Defensive positioning and on-ball defense

  • Movement without the ball

  • Game situations and decision-making drills

12:00 PM - 12:15 PM – Snack & Reset

  • Leadership talks from high school and coach mentors

  • Team-building games

12:15 PM - 1:15 PM – Scrimmage & Competition Time

  • Controlled 5v5 scrimmages

  • Fun challenges (free throws, hot shot, obstacle relays)

1:15 PM - 1:30 PM – Cool Down & Wrap-Up

  • Static stretching

  • Daily recap and camper shout-outs

(Full-Day Campers):

  • 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM – Lunch Break (supervised)

  • 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM – Afternoon Training & Shooting Stations

    • Shooting games, skill refinement, mentor Q&A

  • 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM – Competitive Scrimmages & Team-Building Activities

    • Tournament-style games and fun, end-of-day recap
