The 2026–27 format is different from simply attending a set of tournaments. Boys teams can qualify for Nationals through the Regional Series/point system or Open Qualifiers. Regional wins are worth 100 points, Super Regional wins 150, and boys teams reaching at least 350 total points automatically qualify for Nationals; adidas also uses points for Nationals seeding.
