USFBA West Inter-City Basketball Tournament
Welcome to the 2026 USFBA West Inter-City Basketball Tournament — one of the biggest Filipino basketball gatherings in the country. This weekend is bigger than basketball. It’s about culture, family, community, pride, and competition. From youth divisions to adult legends still getting buckets, this tournament brings together generations of athletes and families from all over the nation for one unforgettable weekend in Southern California.
This page was created to help players, parents, coaches, and families stay organized and prepared for tournament weekend. Please read through everything carefully. This page will also help streamline the accreditation process for all first-time participants.
If your athlete is a first-time USFBA participant, parents must complete and submit the required accreditation forms and documents through this page before the deadline. Early submission is highly encouraged so families can confidently finalize travel plans, hotels, and accommodations.
As coaches always say, preparation matters. The teams that stay organized off the court usually perform better on the court too.

USFBA MEETING RECAP FOR EVENT
ACTION REQUIRED:
ACCREDITATION PART 1 (PLAYERS)
Form 1, Document Checklist and Instructions
Please take the time to read the instructions. The forms are user friendly. If instructions are read and followed, this should be fairly simple.
FORM 1 (in Word format) is for NEW PLAYERS ONLY. Those that have been certified and have played in previous USFBA events are NOT required to complete and submit this form.
Please upload the player roster photo along with Form 1. Thank you!
ACCREDITATION PART 2 (COACHES)
Form 2 is in Excel. Please note that the “samples” provided have 2025 as the year. There are no changes to this form from last year so the instructions and sample remain the same. Again, the instructions are detailed and if followed correctly, this should also be fairly simple.
This form should be completed once you have a complete roster, and jersey numbers must also be provided. This form carries over to your team’s official “Scoresheet” after your players have been certified and your team/s are approved. You will receive an email to notify you once your accreditation process is final and approved.
NOTE: Please submit the completed Form 2 in the original Excel or Google Sheets format. Do NOT convert to PDF. Email Google Sheets link or the Excel file to info@justusbasketball.com.
ACCREDITATION PART 3 / Roster Photos (PROGRAM DIRECTOR)
Form 3 is the latest addition to the Accreditation Process.
Notes: Please add your coach/es’ photos so that they can get their stamp for free admission. You can get your stamp on Friday during Player Check-In or on Saturday before the opening ceremony. USFBA will not ask for your ID, but we will match your face with the photo that is on Form 3.
There are 16 spots on Form 3. If you have 15 players and 2 coaches, as an example, then please provide a second page.
REQUIRED: Full team photos of Barkada players and coaches.
13U GIRLS, 13U BOYS, 14U BOYS, 15U BOYS, AND 17U BOYS.
