At Just Us Basketball, we believe the game is one of the greatest teachers there is. Every practice, every possession, every huddle, and every hard moment gives an athlete an opportunity to grow—not only as a basketball player, but as a person.
Our adidas Jr. 3SSB program is built for athletes ready for more: more competition, more accountability, more development, and a higher standard.
We focus on elite youth development and high school preparation, teaching strong fundamentals, basketball IQ, toughness, discipline, and team basketball. Players learn how to compete with purpose, make decisions under pressure, communicate, accept coaching, and become teammates coaches can trust.
Effort. Coachability. Accountability. Trust.
Those are non-negotiable.
Winning matters. We compete to win every time we step on the floor. But winning never comes at the expense of development. Our bigger responsibility is preparing athletes for high school basketball, the next level, and life beyond the game.
Our adidas teams are intentionally tested against strong competition because growth happens when the standard gets higher.
We expect our athletes to defend, communicate, play unselfishly, make the extra pass, compete every possession, and understand that every role matters.
You don't have to be a finished player to be here.
But you have to be willing to work, learn, compete, and be coached.
