Just Us Basketball – Spring Season Tuition 2026

$750.00

At Just Us Basketball, we believe the game is one of the greatest teachers there is. Every drill, every huddle, and every hard moment is a lesson—an opportunity to grow not only as an athlete, but as a person.

Our program is built for elite youth development and high school preparation. We focus on fundamentals, basketball IQ, toughness, and accountability. We teach players how to compete, how to think the game, and how to be great teammates. Effort, coachability, and trust are non-negotiables. Winning matters—but never at the cost of development. Our goal is to prepare athletes for high school basketball, the next level, and life beyond the game.

Our teams are tested against elite competition to raise the bar. We emphasize unselfish play, competing every possession, and understanding that every role matters. This is a program for athletes who want to work, learn, and be coached.

AAU Program Cancellation & Roster Commitment Policy

By registering for a Just Us Basketball AAU team, you are committing to a season-based program that includes team placement, practices, tournaments, and administrative planning. Due to the structure of AAU basketball, the following terms apply:

1. Tryouts & Team Placement
Registration and tryout fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Placement on a team is at the sole discretion of the coaching staff based on skill level, team fit, and roster needs.

2. Roster Commitment (Roster Lock)
Once a player accepts a roster position and completes registration, they are considered roster-locked for the season.
Roster spots are limited and reserved in advance, and each player’s commitment directly impacts team structure, playing time, and tournament scheduling.

3. Early Cancellation Fee
If a participant cancels after accepting a roster spot and completing registration—but before the conclusion of the AAU season—an early cancellation fee of $500 will be charged.

This fee is a reasonable estimate of costs already incurred, including but not limited to:

Tournament entry fees
Gym and facility reservations
Coaching and staffing allocations
Uniform ordering and team gear preparation
Administrative and scheduling costs

4. Season Start & No-Refund Policy
Once the season has officially begun (defined as the first scheduled practice or tournament, whichever occurs first), no refunds will be issued, except where required by California law.

5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
If cancellation occurs prior to the official start of the season, any approved refund will be issued minus the $500 early cancellation fee.

6. Player Availability & Missed Events
No refunds, credits, or prorations will be given for:

Missed practices
Missed tournaments
Schedule conflicts
Injuries or personal circumstances

(Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the organization in extraordinary situations.)

7. Non-Transferability
Registration fees and roster spots are non-transferable to another player or future season unless approved in writing.

8. Program Adjustments
Just Us Basketball reserves the right to adjust:

Tournament schedules
Practice times/locations
Coaching assignments

Such adjustments are part of normal AAU operations and do not qualify for refunds.

9. Organization Cancellation
If Just Us Basketball cancels a season or removes a player for reasons unrelated to player conduct, a prorated refund may be issued.

10. Compliance with California Law
This policy is intended to comply with applicable California law. The early cancellation fee represents a reasonable estimate of actual damages and costs incurred and is not intended as a penalty.
